Silvia gradueted in the four years course of Law in “Tor Vergata” University of Rome, 110/110 with first-class honours, with a thesis about European competition law, in particular on the private enforcement of articles 81 and 82 EC Treaty; after taking the full time master in European Studies and International Relations, in “La Sapienza” University of Rome, 110/110 with first-class honours, she attended an eight month’s course training at the Italian Antitrust Authority, in the International Affairs Department. Since october 2008 she has been practising as a PhD student in European law at “Tor Vergata” , University of Rome.
